Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (ToS) govern the sale of digital products (software license keys) offered by AllKeyMasters via the website https://www.allkeymasters.com.

Any order implies acceptance without reservation of these ToS.

2. Products

AllKeyMasters exclusively sells digital products: license keys for Microsoft software (Windows, Office, servers, etc.).

Keys are delivered entirely digitally and are displayed in your customer area (/account) immediately after payment confirmation.

Important: No physical product is sent. These are digital licenses only.

3. Price and payment

Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

Payment is secured via Stripe. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

The order is confirmed after payment confirmation by Stripe.

4. Delivery

Delivery is instant and digital. Your license keys are available in two places :

  • Your customer area (/account): your keys are displayed immediately after payment confirmation
  • By email: a confirmation email containing your keys and an installation guide is sent to the address provided during checkout

💡 Tip: Use your customer area to access your keys at any time.

5. Right of withdrawal (digital products)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered electronically where execution has begun with your express prior consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

📌 Important clause: By placing an order on AllKeyMasters, you acknowledge that the immediate delivery of your license key constitutes the beginning of contract execution and expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal upon delivery of the digital key.

This waiver is mandatory for digital products delivered instantly and cannot be revoked once the key is displayed in your customer area.

6. Warranties

We guarantee that the license keys provided are valid and functional at the time of delivery.

If a key is defective or invalid, please contact our support:

7. Liability

AllKeyMasters cannot be held liable for misuse of license keys or incompatibility with your system.

We decline all liability in case of service interruption due to force majeure.

8. Personal data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Applicable law

These ToS are governed by French law.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the registered office of AllKeyMasters.
