Your data is retained for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Account Data: As long as your account is active
  • Order Data: 10 years (accounting and tax obligations)
  • Support Tickets: 3 years from ticket closure

After these periods, your data is deleted or anonymized.
