Refund Policy
1. General principle
AllKeyMasters exclusively sells digital products (software license keys) delivered instantly electronically.
β οΈ Important: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after your express consent and waiver of the right of withdrawal.
Due to the digital nature of the products and their immediate delivery, refunds are only granted in specific circumstances detailed below.
2. Accepted refund cases
We process a refund in the following situations:
- Invalid or incorrect key: If the provided key is invalid, already used (through no fault of yours) or does not match the ordered product, after verification by our team.
- Double payment: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.
- Our error: If we made an error in processing your order (wrong product delivered, etc.).
- Major technical problem: If the key cannot be activated for technical reasons independent of your configuration, and no replacement solution is possible.
3. Refused refund cases
We cannot grant a refund in the following situations:
- Key already activated: If you have used or activated the license key (except in case of proven defect on our part).
- System incompatibility: If your system does not meet the software requirements (incompatible Windows version, etc.). This information is available on the product page before purchase.
- Change of mind: Digital products generally do not allow the exercise of the right of withdrawal once delivery is complete (see our ToS).
- Misuse: If the key does not work due to an error in handling on your part (wrong activation procedure, etc.), unless our support cannot help you.
- Abuse or fraud: Any fraudulent or abusive refund attempt will be refused and may result in account suspension.
4. Request procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Log in to your customer area
- Access the Support section
- Create a ticket by selecting the subject "Refund request"
- Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Concerned license key
- Detailed problem description
- Screenshots if applicable (error message, etc.)
Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours (business days).

5. Support before refund
Before processing a refund, our support team will do everything possible to resolve your problem:
- Activation assistance (Microsoft phone activation, etc.)
- Key replacement if defective
- Detailed installation guide
- Personalized technical support via customer area
Refund is only considered as a last resort, if no technical solution is possible.
6. Refund delays
If your refund request is accepted:
- We process the refund within 5 to 7 business days after validation
- The refund is made to the same payment method used for the purchase (via Stripe)
- Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to appear in your account
7. Key revocation
In case of accepted refund, the provided license key will be revoked and can no longer be used.
Any use of the key after refund constitutes fraud and may result in prosecution.
8. Stripe disputes (chargebacks)
If you initiate a payment dispute (chargeback) directly with your bank without having contacted us beforehand:
- Your license key will be immediately revoked
- Your account will be suspended for the duration of the investigation
- We reserve the right to provide Stripe with all proof of delivery and use
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most problems can be resolved quickly and amicably.
