Office 2019 is based on older applications. It does not have the newer Excel features added later (notably the XLOOKUP lookup and dynamic arrays) or the generalised dark theme. For everyday office work this makes no difference; for advanced data analysis, a more recent edition is a better fit.
Who is Office 2019 a good choice for?
